Migrating emails from UNIX to Exchange 2007?

Question to everyone who reads this blog (yes, all ten of you! :)):

Does anyone have experience migrating emails from a UNIX server (in standard UNIX mbox format) to Exchange 2007 (specifically the one in SBS 2008)?

You'll probably have to convert them to E-mail files and then import to Outlook. Haven't done that to 2007, but I'm thinking that's probably the most likely course of action.

I'm still a total newb at Exchange here. Will importing those emails to the Outlook client make it sync with Exchange, where the emails will be transferred to Exchange?
