Road Runner on DNS vulnerability: "It's a..."

Now that Road Runner has fixed their DNS servers, I wanted to post a humorous exchange I had with a Road Runner tech on online chat a few nights ago:

Analyst: Hello! Thank you for choosing Road Runner Internet technical Chat. My name is XXX X. How may I assist you?

Lawrence: Hello. Just wanted to know if Road Runner is doing anything about that recent DNS security vulnerability?

Analyst: I do understand your concern. Please be assured, I will certainly help you with the issue.

Analyst: I'm more than happy to assist you. To get us started, I'm going to need to verify some security information and then we can move on to understanding your setup. We will need to perform some troubleshooting steps together, and I'll be running some tests on my end. Feel free to ask questions along the way.

Analyst: Before we begin, I would like to bring up your account. May I have the following four pieces of information from you please?
1. The account holder's 10 digit telephone number. (xxx-xxx-xxxx)
2. The account holder's Full Name (First and Last)
3. Please tell us your name.
4. Your preferred e-mail address?(It may be different from the Road Runner e-mail address)

Lawrence: xxx-xxx-xxxx, Lawrence Teo, xxx@xxx

Analyst: Thank you for the information.

Analyst: Could you please elaborate on your issue?

Lawrence: A very bad security vulnerability involving DNS was leaked two days ago http://isc.sans.org/diary.html?storyid=4765

Lawrence: I went to http://www.doxpara.com/ which has a DNS Checker tool on the right side. When I went there with my Road Runner connection (using Road Runner's DNS servers) it says that it is vulnerable.

(Long pause)

Analyst: Its a hoax.

(W-whoa!!)

Analyst: Even when I checked it from my computer it showed the same thing.

Lawrence: That could be because you're using the same Road Runner DNS servers as I am.

Analyst: I would love to assist you further. However, I do not possess the specific tools and resources to assist you with the issue. So, I need to direct you to the concerned department, who are specifically trained to resolve such issues.

You can reach them at 704-xxx-xxxx ok to give, or
(877) xxx-xxxx
and quote ticket number RQSTxxxx. They work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and would love to assist you further.

Analyst: For your information, you can visit this link anytime to get more help and knowledge about the products and services offered by Road Runner: http://help.rr.com and check for online FAQs.

Analyst: Is there any thing else that I can assist you with regarding Road Runner products and services?

Lawrence: No that's all for now, thank you.

Analyst: You are welcome.

Analyst: My pleasure.

Analyst: I would appreciate if you could provide us with your valuable feedback on the support experience after the end of this chat session. It will help us to serve you better. Please submit your comments at http://surveys.rr.com/chat.

Analyst: Thank you for contacting Road Runner technical support, again my name is XXX X, we value you as a customer.

Analyst: Analyst has closed chat and left the room

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to report this supposed DNS vulnerability to Snopes... :D

Have a great weekend!!

Can anyone recommend the robust RMM software for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central remote support manager
? What is your best take in cost vs performance among those three? I need a good advice please... Thanks in advance!
